Stop using an eyelash curler for now, until your lashes grow back. Even though women don't realize it, it's easy to break and pull your eyelashes with them. So take a break for now. You can choose mascaras with curved brushes to help curl your lashes. Another trick is to wait until your mascara is tacky, and then use a bent finger to "curl" the lashes–just hold it up against the base of the lashes til they are dry.

Find a good eye makeup remover. I like the Almay Liquid. For now, get the regular one (not the oil free). Soak a cotton pad with it, then hold it against your lashes for 30 seconds. (This gives it time to dissolve your mascara). Then VERY GENTLY swipe the pad ACROSS the lash line. Wash your face AFTER you've removed your eye makeup to remove anything that's left and any oily residue from the remover.

For now, avoid waterproof mascaras and liners. They are harder to remove and that leads to tugging and abusing the poor eyelashes, or, not completely removing your makeup. Make life easier and avoid waterproof eye makeup for now.

Try your best to eat well. The only thing you can really do to encourage hair growth (including eyelashes) is to be well-nourished.

Be patient! It's going to take a few months for your eyelashes to grow to the length they were previously, but they will!
